I have googled my brains out for the past few days and cannot find a solution. \Mod Organizer 2\mods\Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer -CBBE-\Tools\BodySlide\SliderPresets \Mod Organizer 2\mods\BodySlide and Outfit Studio\Tools\BodySlide\SliderPresets and I have tried manually placing the preset.xml into CBBE and into Bodyslide (desperate times.) just to see if anything would change at all. I have made CBBE and Bodyslide the only mods in the load order. I have deleted them entirely from my comp and then redownloaded and reinstalled the mods via MO2. I have removed and resintalled the mods via MO2

I have reduced my load order so that only Vanilla outfits are being batch processed in Bodyslide. The body is not naked but in bra and underwear, even though I did not select NeverNude in the CBBE installation. The patchy skin is gone, but my body preset is not showing in game. Suffice it to say I have reinstalled the game, reinstalled MO2, reinstalled mods. This started with the patchy skin issue while using Bodyslide.
